國防部正告菲方：立即停止一切侵權(quán)挑釁行徑
The MND Warns the Philippine Side to Immediately Stop any Provocative Acts
9月25日下午，國防部舉行例行記者會，國防部新聞發(fā)言人張曉剛大校答記者問。
記者：9月16日，菲律賓組織10余艘公務(wù)船，執(zhí)意非法侵闖中國黃巖島領(lǐng)海，中國海警依法對菲船只實施管制并予以驅(qū)離。其中，面對我方海警水炮噴射，菲船人員揮舞白旗。請問發(fā)言人對此有何評論？
Question: The Philippines sent over 10 public vessels to intrude into territorial waters of China’s Huangyan Dao on September 16. The China Coast Guard (CCG) vessels took regulatory measures in accordance with law and dispelled these Philippine ships. When the CCG used water cannons, the Philippine crews waved white flags. What’s your comment?
張曉剛：黃巖島是中國的固有領(lǐng)土。菲方船只非法侵闖中國黃巖島領(lǐng)海，嚴重侵犯中方主權(quán)和權(quán)益，嚴重破壞南海和平穩(wěn)定。中國海警對其實施管制并予以堅決驅(qū)離，合理合法、專業(yè)克制。
Zhang Xiaogang: Huangyan Dao is China’s inherent territory. The unlawful intrusion of Philippine vessels into China’s territorial waters of Huangyan Dao seriously violated China’s sovereignty, rights and interests, and severely undermined peace and stability in the South China Sea. The China Coast Guard took firm countermeasures to drive away the intruding ships, which were legitimate, lawful, professional and restrained.
菲律賓領(lǐng)土范圍早已由一系列國際條約確定，黃巖島在其領(lǐng)土范圍之外。菲方反復(fù)對中方侵權(quán)滋擾，制造海上緊張局勢，是不折不扣的麻煩制造者、和平破壞者。我們正告菲方立即懸崖勒馬，停止一切侵權(quán)挑釁行徑。中方將繼續(xù)采取堅決有力措施，捍衛(wèi)自身領(lǐng)土主權(quán)和海洋權(quán)益。
Huangyan Dao is beyond the limits of the Philippine territory, which has long been defined by a series of international treaties. The Philippine side has repeatedly conducted provocative actions that infringed upon China’s sovereignty, and created tensions in the South China Sea. It is a real troublemaker and a saboteur to peace. We warn the Philippine side to immediately stop any provocative acts before it’s too late. The Chinese side will continue to take resolute measures to safeguard its territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests.
